Ms. Almefty focuses her practice on defending health care providers and insurance companies in complex civil litigation. Building on her experience as an Assistant General Counsel to one of the nation’s largest Long-Term Care Companies, Ms. Almefty defends clients in all stages of civil litigation. She, also, works closely with clients, jury consultants and corporate representatives to develop defense strategies related to corporate liability and punitive damages.
