Mr. Magness has earned a reputation throughout our Region representing entities and individuals in commercial litigation, including complex lending matters. Mr. Magness’ comprehensive knowledge of banking and creditors’ rights uniquely situates him to represent state and nationally chartered banks, mortgage companies and financial institutions before state and federal courts. Mr. Magness, also, maintains a general litigation practice skillfully representing clients in contract disputes, asset purchases, corporate governance and employment matters.
