Ms. Ricketts' practice focuses on defending health care providers and insurance companies in complex civil litigation. She has extensive experience in preparing witnesses for depositions, deposing fact witnesses and drafting substantive motions, including motions to enforce arbitration. Ms. Ricketts successfully utilizes her litigation skills to represent health care providers in a wide range of regulatory matters, including survey appeals and employment discrimination and wage hour claims.
